We want you to love your Mediterranean-born beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of lightly used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
